  • Sorry I missed informing anyone but we had a 24 hour downtime as Hetzner moved us to a new Data Centre - I think everything is back up and working now but you know the drill, mail us if there is a problem. Michael 15:50, 24 September 2010 (ADT)
  • Short downtime today whilst we upgrade the Mediawikis to 1.16.0 - Actually strike that I just did it and if this shows then it apparently worked. Michael 10:45, 29 July 2010 (ADT)
  • The Hetzner problem is finally mended. Their Network team will only say that it was a customer causing problems. Ummmm. Well anyway it's all working again now thankfully. The XMPP/Jabber server is back too Michael 14:00, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
  • What a difference a day makes: Actually, it makes no difference at all - It seems Hetzner doesn't work at weekends so I haven't heard a thing. Michael 12:33, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
  • The downtime went well and everything except Jabber is back up now. The network disconnects make keeping the Jabber server running impossible. The good news is that the network problems are nothing to do with us and we have now proved that so maybe Hetzner will get it fixed.   • There will be a shortish downtime of all the servers tonight at 10pm Atlantic time (2am UK, 3am CET). We are shutting down the servers to see if the network problems persist and if so we will know that the problem is with Hetzner. Michael 14:02, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
  • The hourly glitch still seems to be going on - Every hour, on the hour there is a few second (to few minute) service interruption and we are speaking to Hetzner about this. Hopefully we'll have an answer soon. Michael 07:46, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
